If you are not satisfied with your product, contact us and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#), and you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

If you return an item for a refund, in most instances, you will be refunded for the product price of the product and can be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You can email Laser Tek Services or call us at 1-877-945-2737 Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
