A printer going offline regularly happens because of varying conditions, particularly the WIFI, connectivity and power supply issues. My printer keeps going offline. I go to the control panel, tap on the printers and faxes, double click on the printer I want online, then click on, printer offline, as the instructions say above, and nothing happens. The only way I can get it back online seems to be to delete and reinstall. The trouble is the printer is a few years old now and the drivers to find are an issue. Is there something else I can do instead of reinstalling?
